At Sunflower Wellbeing, our aim is to enhance the confidence and wellbeing of individuals by providing high quality, accessible, affordable, and efficient wellbeing services in culturally safe environment.

We provide Medicare bulk billing services where possible to ensure disadvantaged parties such as people facing financial hardship and kids and teens have access to support they need.
We are a fully registered NDIS provider and participants with a self-manage and agency manage plans can access outreach services in special circumstances where our clients are unable to attend sessions in the clinic.

Our priority is our client’s wellbeing, and our goal is to support our clients to receive wellbeing support in respect of their financial, social, or personal circumstances which may be an obstacle towards their mental health.
Our Team
At Sunflower Wellbeing, our professionals are trained in trauma informed practices, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Integrated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (MiCBT), Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM), Enhance Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT-e) for eating disorders, and parenting programs such as Circles of Safety and Bringing Up Great Kids.
We are client centred, strength based, and passionate to empower others to manage their wellbeing and build sound connections with their family, community, and culture.
Our Founder Parwinder Gill has worked for over fifteen years in the fields of child protection, family support, group therapy, parenting programs, and mental health.
Our Services
At Sunflower Wellbeing, we offer Medicare Bulkbill services where possible
and are a registered NDIS provider, this allows us to support financially
challenged clients as well as NDIS participants with:
Individual or Group counselling to Kids and Teens.


Providing social groups to children between the ages of 5-12 with developmental delays, ASD, ADHD, ADD, and other diagnosed or undiagnosed issues so they have a safe place to develop their social skills and manage social situations.
Offer individual and group therapy for NDIS participants.


Help parents who may struggle with their children’s challenging behaviour and disabilities through parenting workshops.
Provide Family Functional Therapy (FFT) to provide support to the entire family.

We are here to empower children and young people to have the best mental health support.
